What services do you offer?

Please review our website for our services and products offered. We offer backdrops, table draping, linens, ceiling draping,  chair covers & so much more! We offer one-on-one consultations and do all our own work! If we cannot do something we will honestly tell you and refer another expert in the industry that could assist you.  Because of our specially designed setups, there is a limited number of events we can accommodate in a day so please book your date ASAP if you plan on using us for your special day! We are a small business.

Yes! Please feel free to contact us to set up an appointment. We would be honored to work with you.

What does your pricing include?

Our package pricing includes what is described in the contract description,  plus applicable taxes.

What areas do you service?

Service area includes WNY with our main focus in the Buffalo area. We do travel to Rochester.

Another company is offering  XYZ at $$$$. Can you match it?

We all offer different services, different service levels, quality of materials and quality of décor. At Gala Parties INC, we offer you great customer service, quality wedding décor and are up front to what you are getting. The price we quote you in your contract is the price we are charging you. There is no hidden charges or surprises. Every company offers different products, quality and services and we prefer not to get involved in what others are doing. If they are offering you a better price and you are comfortable with them then I suggest you book them! We would be sad to have not earned your business but unfortunately we cannot adjust prices based on another companies quote. We can customize a package for you that is based on your event.

Can you work within my budget?

We try our best to work with all budgets. This is always a sensitive subject. It is best if you tell us your budget before we meet so we can show you options for your budget. We do not want to show you things that is out of your range. All our quotes include a detailed break out. This way you know what you are paying for and what each rental cost. We have standard prices and would be happy to sit with you to plan your event.

What do you require to book?

In order to secure your date we need a signed contract and a deposit. Remember we are a small business and take bookings on a first come first serve basis. If a client is ready to sign a contract and give us a deposit we will secure the date for them.
